I want to serve as a Commissioner to help lead Teton County into a future that continues to embrace the qualities that make this place so special, while fostering creative and innovative solutions to manage the reality of growth and development pressures.

I will work to ensure that updates to the land development regulations are consistent with the intent of the Comprehensive Plan, including real and meaningful ways to preserve open spaces in perpetuity, and tools beyond zoning changes to affect development patterns.

I would like to reevaluate the situation at the landfill as both a problem that needs to be solved and an opportunity to explore alternative ways of handling our waste stream.

I will continue the county’s progress on alternative transit options, deed-restricted housing, and sustainability initiatives.

Perhaps more than anything, I will listen and respond to your thoughts and concerns. Holding public office is a responsibility not taken lightly, and I will work to evaluate all sides of every story.
